Custom Agents,
Deployed to Production
We build agents against your real systems and data, evaluate them on real cases, deploy them to your infrastructure, and hand you the keys.

The Demo Worked.
Production Is the Hard Part.
Most agent projects die between the prototype and the first real user. The version in the notebook handles the happy path. Your data has fourteen edge cases and one of them is a compliance problem.
Then there is the part nobody scopes. Evaluation on real cases, retries, cost ceilings, observability after handoff, and a human approval gate wherever one belongs.
That is the work we do.
One Agent, or a Fleet of Them
2 to 3 weeks
Agent Pilot
One workflow, one agent, running in production against your real data. The smallest scope that proves the thing works or proves it does not.
Document extraction, inbound triage, structured research, first-draft generation.
4 to 8 weeks
Agent Deployment
A multi-step agent wired into the systems you already run. Evaluated on held-out real cases, deployed to your infrastructure, instrumented so drift is visible.
Pipelines across a CRM, a data warehouse, and internal APIs. Approval gates where liability sits.
Scoped per engagement
Agent Fleet
Several agents plus the orchestration, run tracking, and observability that make a fleet operable by your team instead of by us.
Dispatch and scheduling, run registration and heartbeats, verification of what each agent claims it did.
Not sure which tier fits? That is what the scoping call is for. Or read the full scope of each tier, including what we deliberately leave out.
How It Works
Scope One Workflow
30 minutes, free. We pick the workflow with the clearest agent shape and the cheapest path to production, or tell you there isn't one.
Build Against Real Data
Your systems, your cases, sanitized. Evaluated on a held-out set for accuracy, latency, and cost before anyone depends on it.
Deploy and Hand Off
Your infrastructure, your keys, instrumented and documented. A different engineer can maintain it without us.
We Use Agents to Build Software
Sensara's own delivery runs on a fleet of agents across a set of machines. They take a written requirements document, build the application, run it on a simulator, record the walkthrough, and prepare the store submission. Every run registers with a hub, heartbeats while it works, and reports how it exited.
The last part is the one that matters. An agent that reports success is not the same as an agent that succeeded, so every run gets verified against the build, the tests, and the artifact it claims to have produced.
That is the engineering we deploy for clients. Not a slide about agents. The thing we run ourselves, every day, on our own deadlines.
Questions
A system that takes a real input from your business, runs multiple steps against your data and tools, and produces an outcome someone acts on. If a single prompt solves it, you do not need us.
Yes. Vercel, AWS, GCP, or on-prem, using your keys and your accounts. We do not host agents on our side and bill you for access.
We evaluate it against a held-out set of your real cases for accuracy, latency, and cost before rollout, and we instrument it so output drift is visible after handoff.
You do. Code, infrastructure, keys, documentation, and a runbook that lets a different engineer maintain it. We schedule a 30-day check-in and nothing more unless you ask.
Nothing. 30 minutes to walk through one workflow and decide whether it has an agent shape worth paying for.
